A couple of days ago, i wasn't being careful and burned my forehead w/ my hair straightener. there didn't seem to be anything serious so i just let it be. now, the skin peeled off in that area and there is about a 1 sq cm of white on my forehead. what do i do? please help

I have heard that Iran is planning on changing how it trades oil from dollars to euros, and as such it seems to me that the petro-dollar recycling system America has will be broken, and because of this the whole nuclear thing is being made up, as an excuse to get public opinion behind invading Iran.

i personally adore hounds, all kinds!!(as well as rotts). i have a 9 month old black and tan coonhound, who minds me like and 11 year old superbly trained dog! hes so smart, lovable and cuddly! i just LOVE him to tiny little pieces!
does anyone else love their hound, or any other dog as much as i love mine?

I'm having my new house painted by paint contractor and the whole job will take about 5-6 days.

What is typically the common practice here: do I leave the door key with the contractor for the whole week so he can get in/out, OR do I open the door for him in the morning and lock it when the day is done?

I don't currently live in the new place so having to drive back and forth to open/close the door for the painters is kind of a hassle. But if I leave the key with him I'm worried he'll make a duplicate of it or something.

What to do? Please advise. Thanks!

Quiet girl usually keeps to herself but has gradually been talking a little more lately. Very soft-spoken though. Tends to look downwards more than she makes eye contact but if she catches your eye, she will give a warm, genuine smile. Appears to show concern for others and is very empathetic. Always greets you with a smile.

But while answering a question today, she appeared to fumble over an answer and paused as if she was searching for the right words and still seemed to struggle with verbalizing her thoughts. Seemed like she blanked out and stumbled over her response. She then pulled back and didn't offer any additional ideas. Pretty much remained quiet after that.

What would you think of her? Does she give off a good/bad impression? Would you gravitate towards her or distance yourself?

Hi. I am really desperate for help. My boyfriend started smoking crack about 3 or 4 years ago (this was before I knew him). He was also a very heavy drinker. He told me this on our first date and told me that he was quitting that lifestyle and wanted to get serious about his life (he used to be a musician). I was stupid enough to believe him and be so naive and continue our relationship (we've been together for 2 years now). On our first date I told him that honesty was the most important thing to me. I had no idea...(because I've never dated anyone with a drug or alcohol addiction)...that when someone is drunk or high, they lie. They deny they've been using. He tells me he's been clean from crack for almost a year (because he stayed in a recovery home for 4 months and he says he's been clean ever since he's moved out). But I have no idea if it's true (I dont trust him anymore...because I've been lied to many times)...I've run out of space to write...I'll continue below...

Right now I hate what Im not able to do/achieve in life and not being as good as others. I hate where Im at (literally) and what I have to do. Not having the right ability to do what I have to do makes this whole situation more frustrating. I've been wondering for like 8 years on what I really mean when I say, " I hate my life" because most of the time I say it because of something I did. So which one is it?

im 20 y/o broke and jobless homeless staying with a friend barely educated and pregnant and i know im not ready to have a child in any way shape or form. i can get a min wage job that wont even pay the rent on a studio let alone bills food and clothing or all the things babies need my family doesnt believe in helping others take care of their kids because they feel everyone should be independent and hold their own. the guy who im pregnant by is my abusive ex that i cut out my life who only cares about spending money on drugs and alcohol and doesnt want kids. i was on birth control when i got pregnant i would like kids sumday but i really feel that im not ready to have kids now until i get my life str8 now i'm stuck in this rut. i really dont want it but i dont want giving it up for adoption neither because i dont want someone else raising my flesh and blood and having a kid somewhere out there and not apart of thier life. what should i do? keep it abort it or giving it up for adoption?

I already have my little Girls middle name picked out .....Lynae ( its a family name ). I really want to go with the name Gwendolyn, but was afraid of the lyn Lyn. I found a different way to spell it- Gwendoline, but I don't think it looks as cute!
