How do i cancel a locked paypal account?

Ok I amde a paypala cocunt a few days ago, but now it is locked because my name is the ame name as someone on some kind of list of bad people. Anyways, I want to cancel my account, but I dunno how to do it while it is locked. I'd appreciate any advice you could give.

That e-mail you got about your account being locked is spam. A type of spam called "pfishing". They want your personal info so they can clean out your bank account. Delete the damned thing!
