If you can, see a dermatologist. My daughter has cystic acne and several treatments she tried didn't help much. Finally, she was referred to a dermatologist and is now taking medication and using a face wash and a face cream. It seems to be helping. A dermatologist can determine what type of acne you have and how severe it is and recommend a treatment for it.

Go to the health food store and get you an internal cleanse and something that helps to rid your body of parasites. It works.

its pretty cheap compared to other methods and you can check out before and after photos cuz we're all skeptics. plus, they're very supportive.
