He has scored 23 runs in four completed innings on this tour - at a strike rate that a snail would be ashamed of.

Im 18. Im in college.There's this girl in my class.She's hot. She stares at me.While having an exam,and after she's done with the paper..She'll just stare. Sometimes,I just freak out.I look away. She'll continue to stare even when I catch her staring. She stares a lot.And also, If you don't like someone, will you keep staring at him/her? or you will just look away when you see him/her? (implying to the girl) could she stare because she hates me?
Its an intense stare. not smiling, but not frowning or scowling either. just normal facial gestures.But she doesn't stop staring,she continues. Why me? could she hate me or something? and no,I check there's nothing wrong with my face or anything. So why the heck is she staring? She stares straight in my eyes. Could it be an intense stare? Girls & guys would you stare at someone at a far away distance becuase you think they're so ugly. She gives me a lot of eye contact,but I look away.So,does she stare because she thinks that I'm ugly. When she's near she wont look my way

I worked for a printing business and when the old owner sold, the new owner took over and never gave me a paystub. This past Friday (10/05/07) he told me it was my last day. On the day he bought the place, 08/01/07 he said he'd give us progress reports and the like. I never got one. I just got fired.
WIth that all being said... I never got a paystub the entire time i worked there. Aside from asking him, what legal actions can I take that won't cost me a gazillion dollars?
What he is doing is illegal, right?
I never got a paystub, or saw what I was being taxed for...
Please help, I'm a veteran and never had this happen to me before...

Ok! So i've got found the eigenvalues which are 1 and 2 but I can't seem to get the eigenspaces and the 3 linearly independent eigenvectors!!!....PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I want to get closer to her, but she is clearly uninterested. She adores her father which puzzles me. You would think she would be happy that her Dad has found someone that loves and cares for him. We have been married for 10 years and my step-daughter is 30. Any predictions on whether the relationship has a chance of growing or will I always be an outsider to her? I believe no one will go to Hell because Hell is a story made up to scare people. I think the belief in Hell caused all of the corruption and violence of Christianity in the medieval ages.

Why should good people go to Hell because they don't believe in God. Atheists have morals to.

I've sent off my last tax return now I want to clear out my office and rid myself of the constant reminder of the turmoil I am in. Can I burn or shred all the files or am I legally bound to keep them in case the taxman wants to drain more blood from my empty lifeless soul?

And I haven't tried to avoid paying tax - a friend helped me with my tax return and we put something in the wrong column - it wasn't spotted by the tax office at the time but now they have found it and are throwing the book at me. I should have got an accountant but didn't think I needed one because I was doing everything by the book (or so I thought).
