I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder in January 2007 and I've been to physical therapy to learn the stretching exercises. I'm in the thawing stage but it seems the last few months I haven't made much progress and now my other shoulder is starting to act up. Since I'm 80 percent healed I do not want to consider surgery. Have you dealt with this painful condition? Any suggestions?

My cat 'Misty' was diagnosed with Anemia today.
I took him to an emergency Vets last week because his back legs went all wobberly, he fell over and started panting. The vet kept him in over night and said that he was in a critical condition and it looked like he wouldnt make it through the night.... well he did! they kept him in for a few more days then he was allowed home. They were treating him for parasites and he was responding to the tablets. They then took blood tests and the results come through today and it showed he hasn't got Parasites but he has Anemia. The results show he is recovering and that it was caused by Fleas.
He seems really down and is wanting to sleep all the time, WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP HIM? WILL HE SURVIVE??? SHOULD I PLAY WITH HIM? WHAT FOOD SHOULD I GIVE HIM?????? HELP!

I'm looking for some new hobbies to fill up my time (hobbies that require group stuff, --> needs to expand social circle).. I currently play basketball every single weekend (thats about 10 hrs a week), and recently started going to the gym 4 days a week. There is still a lot of spare time to be filled despite this.

P.S I'm not single and I'm not unemployed either if answers are going to be related to "go date someone", or "get a job"

P.P.S I'm 21years old, and still studying in University, but still heaps of spare time, so help me out here plz.

95 chevy 5.0L c1500- after a heater core replacement. "check gauge" lite flashes for a bit then off? The temp gauge goes up then down, then all goes to normal. Its not a rapid repeat thing, just every few miles or so. But everything works as far as controls, heater, a/c, and my truck seems to be running normal. No overheating, stalling or anything, just the gauge thing. Is there a step i missed? or do i have to reset someting? WUSA-GOIN-ON HEAH?

Liberals in government and in the realm of political ideas tend to court groups and individuals whom they see as disadvantaged. They poise themselves as 'defenders of the little guy'.

Unions, racial groups, women and homosexuals tend to favor Democrats at the polls because of the high concentration of liberal ideology in that party.

Republicans and conservatives on the other hand are largely perceived to cater to big business and money.

The Kelo decision was a case that made it from the city of New London, Connecticut, to the highest court in the US.

The question:
Can eminent domain be used by local government to transfer property from one private entity to another?

The decision would find the moderate-liberal justices in the majority and the unlikely pairing of all the conservatives with the single most liberal justice dissenting.

The court allowed the seizure. The little guy was quashed in favor of an alliance of big business and government.

I wonder if you can help clear up an argument I am having with my other half.

I asked him: "What difference does it make?"
And he said "It doesn't make none"

I said that this was a 'double negative' and really it means that id DOES make a difference, ie, two negatives = a positive. I have looked at websites that agree with me that 'none' is a negaive word, but what do you think? Who is right?

PS I know this is petty but its annoying me. Thanks in advance.

So I actually read HR. 976 (http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h110-976) this morning and realized a couple things.

1. I can't find the pork other than a military family job protection clause. Someone please point it out to me.

2. It'd be paid for by tabacco, not out people's pockets.

3. Would it not follow the philosophy of the Laffer curve (aka Reaganomics)? After all by giving families with lower incomes a lower health care premium would they not be able to put the rest of that money into the economy thus expanding the economy?

4. 300xs the poverty line, as is the language in the bill does not equate to 83,000. That figure was proposed by Spitzer as anyone living in NYC understands the extremely high cost of living. If people are happy with it as is, it also insures people in NJ up to $74,000 as median income in the state is $90,000+.

I believe that if you claim to believe in the Lord and follow the Bible, then you should maintain that a baptism can take place anywhere. Why do I believe this? Because the Bible tells us that any water should suffice for being baptized. In Acts 8.27 - 39, we learn that Phillip the evangelist baptized an ethiopian man who he met in some water on the road side.
