It would be just fine, it might be awkward if you are the only one wearing leather so you might want to make a theme for your wedding to have an excuse for others to wear it also.

Why not. It is your wedding. You should be able to do as you wish. Especially if it is a Western themed wedding, go all out!!

Kid gloves, fur cape, leather shoes? That can be quite lovely.

A bustier with nail-heads, thigh-high boots - collar or harness? No.
