I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder in January 2007 and I've been to physical therapy to learn the stretching exercises. I'm in the thawing stage but it seems the last few months I haven't made much progress and now my other shoulder is starting to act up. Since I'm 80 percent healed I do not want to consider surgery. Have you dealt with this painful condition? Any suggestions?

Yes, PT is really the only way to go and while it can be boring, it does help the problem. You might like to find a local Pilate's class in your area and join that, because group exercise is much more fun then just doing it alone.
