Yes, when it's about Italian cuisine. My specialty is pasta with eggplants sauce and basil.

As the eldest of many siblings with a single mother raising us ~ I had no choice but to learn how to cook at a very young age. Although I hated that responsibility at the time I am eternally grateful for it now as I am - by default - an excellent cook! =) My specialty's are Mexican food (all types), pasta dishes (especially lasagna) and teriyaki chicken with pineapple and rice. I am an even better baker having won some awards for cakes, brownies, candy and cookies!
Being a single mom myself it is hard to find the time I'd like to cook and make everything from scratch, but I do it as often as possible! =)

Not bad but the war zone has a masters in home Ec from the Phillipines Gained 30 lbs after getting married

I am a great cook and can even do some mean dishes from Thailand as I spent a couple years there.

I'm a great cook, but certainly not as good as you...I like to make pasta (my red meat sauce is simply irresistible) and chicken soup...

i'd like to think so.......nobody has called me the village poisoner yet.(well not that i know of). my best dishes are coq au vin,lasagne,toad in the hole,sticky toffee pudding and i make a stunning ginger jam bread and butter pudding!!!!

I say I'm pretty good. Not as good as my mom but I can make an excellent pumpkin pie.
