God created us because he loves us. In the purest sense, true love is God giving himself to us, and we give ourselves completely back to him. This is what was meant to be. Because of sin, the channel for this love was severed.
God is love and we exist to love him. Jesus Christ came to earth, died for us in order to repair that channel so that we can once again have this love with God.

God created us for fellowship. He walked in the garden with Adam. When the world became too wicked, He destroyed it and started over with Noah.
Some people who refuse to accept God do so because they believe God has fallen down on the job of serving them. When you get the cart before the horse, you cannot see things as they really are. How many times have I heard the words 'Where was God when". That is the favorite mantra of many out there.

God has created, is running, and will destroy the Universe. God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe. God was, is, will be everywhere, God was never Created and will never die / be destroyed. God is beyond Life and Death. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Gain and Share utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Right, Good, God against Wrong, Bad, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

Neither, I dont believe in god.
IF god existed it wouldnt be to serve us. And why would a god have the need for someone to serve him?

We don't nor does god exist to serve one or the other. God created us, so he could pour his love into us. We reject it, he lets us have the curse that comes with rejection. God does not need to be served, because he is in essence fulfilled.

Neither. Don't you know? We exist so he can laugh at all the stupid stuff we do. Like kill each other in his name. And rape young priests as a rite of passage to serve and worship him. And proclaim that homosexuality is a sin. Oh trust me, he roflmao'd on that last one.
