hiya i went bowling on friday for my best friends 19th and got slightly drunk off wine. Through the night i was sick alot.. then the next day my throat was all swollen and my nose was blocked as well as sickness. now a day on the sickness has gone but i still have a heavily blocked nose and a very tickely throat... i cant sleep because of it and its very difficult to breathe. I have my maths course which is very important not to miss tomorrow and im panicing. Is there anything apart from the paracetamol and strepcils i can take or anything i can do to speed my recovery overnight... anything pls! is it a hangover or a cold im confused....??? much apprechiated!

I wet my bed almost every night and I HATE it... Why do I do it? And now my mum's also told me that I can't go out with friends and I can't learn to drive or get an ipod until I stop bed wetting.. And I'm trying but I can't....

well there are 3 warts on my skin almost on my groin closer to tighs than penis

so i don't know if it is hpv or not; I am going to see a doctor though

if i am diagnosed with HPV then what happens to my sex life ? should i stop having sex with others?

My husband and I have decided to name our daughter Hanna Rain (No special reason we just liked it and agreed on it together.) Just last week a close aunt of mine died. I feel like i should have her name in my daughters name some how. (I feel like its some sign?...) I also like the idea of my mothers name in my daughters name to. Here's the deal...my marketing company is hosting a large scale HALO3 tournament in Halifax and we want to have a "viewing" area where the competitors are able to watch the action. We want to show all four competitors action on ONE screen. The only way I can think of doing this is run VIDEO OUT component cable from all four televisions....but how will the Television play all four at once if the televison only has one VIDEO INPUT? (The television being used for the viewing area is a 42" LCD HD toshiba. Will I need some type of adapter? A computer program to allow all 4 video inputs, then reroute the video from the computer to the "viewing tv"? I am out of options.. thanks guys for any help

What if the parents can't afford to raise the baby? Wouldn't it be better if the child was dead than to be brought up poor? Shouldn't it be up to the parents whether or not to terminate the child.

What if the baby would be born a bastard (out of wedlock)? Should the mother have to go through the embarrassment of having a bastard child?

I don't think that the anti-abortion people stop to think about these important questions!

I always tought that the point of gender equality was to make everything between men and women equal yet it seems that some feminists and women who follow them only wants the good and not the bad but at the same time call men sexist when they are against something that benefits them as a woman.
For one why is there not a strong outcry to change selective service laws to include women.
Also I have seen many cases in which a male hires a hitman to kill his wife for insurance money and get the death penalty whereas a woman only get life. Three there is not much anger or outcry from feminist when a woman gets child custody because of her gender and not her qualifications as there is when a man gets a job or promotion over a woman due to his gender.

I got a new job a few weeks ago and I now wake up at 4 am. I get around 5 hours a sleep, but when I wake up my stomach and ears really itch for a few hours. Is it possible, only getting 5 hours of sleep is damaging to my health? Why do you think I itch?

I have a really bad case of the runs, so I called in sick today, and told them I wouldn't be able to make it since I didn't want to poop myself on the sales floor.

The manager was kinda ticked off, since apparently two or three other people called in sick today, so he told me I needed to provide a doctor's note or else he'd mark it down as a no-call-no-show.

Now, I'd have no problem providing one to him... if I knew how to go about doing it. I don't have any medical insurance, and even if I did, what would I do? Say, "Hay doc! I've got the runs! Mind writing up a note to tell my employer I'm not BSing him?".

What should I do?

Passengers on a small commuter plane are waiting for the flight to leave. The entrance opens, and two men walk up the aisle, dressed in pilots' uniforms--both are wearing dark glasses, one is using a seeing-eye dog, and the other is tapping his way up the aisle with a cane.
Nervous laughter spreads through the cabin; but the men enter the cockpit, the door closes, and the engines start up. The passengers begin glancing nervously around, searching for some sign that this just a little practical joke. None is forthcoming. The plane moves faster and faster down the runway, and people at the windows realize that they're headed straight for the water at the edge of the airport territory.
As it begins to look as though the plane will never take off, that it will plow into the water, panicked screams fill the cabin--but at that moment, the plane lifts smoothly into the air.
The passengers relax and laugh a little sheepishly, and soon they have all retreated into their magazines, secure in the knowledge that the plane is in good hands. Up in the cockpit, the copilot turns to the pilot and says, "You know, Bob, one of these days, they're going to scream too late, and we're all gonna die. . ."
