are you doing a poll or smth?
the bound by the Wachowsky brothers (Tilly, Gershon and Pantolliano are amazing and the plot has a fresh look on many genre cliches);
the state of grace, not an average choice, but excellent cast (Sean Penn, Gary Oldman, Robin Wright Penn, John C. Reilly and Ed Harris, John Turturro) make it worth checking out

"A Better Tomorrow" It's a Hong Kong film from the 1980's and it is great! Not everybody's cup of tea, but it is as heartwarming as it is corny! Watch it by yourself, so ur dogs can't see you crying! Watch it in Mandarin or Cantonese dialog with English subtitles to get a great atmosphere!
