My grandmother was named the personal representative of my father who died in 1992. I was a child when he died that is why she was named the PR. My sister and I are the only heirs to the estate. She lied to us and told us there was no money left and basically tried to scare us of from ever calling her again.
Anyways last year I found out she has been basically stealing the money from us all of these years.
This week I found out that while the estate was briefly closed for 2 years she received dividend payments from my dad's stock She received about 8 thousand dollars in dividend payments and the checks were made out to her name - not the estate of my father. She hid this money from the court, from us AND FROM the IRS. I was looking for hard evidence because I want to start a criminal case against her.We are also trying to remove her as PR and need a concrete reason. My gut tells me this is theft and fraud. Can anyone confirm this?
Is this the concrete evidence I need?
Thanks!

Do your parents teach you to be racist, or does it come naturally?

In a non-fiction book of this nature, the author would examine how states that use this form of punishment use it unjustly, putting innocent civilians to death while refusing to accept whatever evidence of their innocence that may come up, even using the "race card" to justify their means, and prosectuors who deny ever putting an innocent man to death.

In a fiction book, you would have a wife and mother as your protagonist, whose husband is charged for killing a teenage girl. She stands by her man despite evidence of his guilt piling up in court, he is eventually found guilty and sentence to die in the electric chair. Afterwards, she becomes depressed and angry, and takesher feelings out on the murder victim's family, saying she got what she deserved when her husband killed her, even sabatoging a memorial get-together for friends and family on the anniversary of the girl's death. The widowed woman eventaully uses the electric chair to attempt suicide.

ok im sure alot of these questions appear, but none of them appear to be similar to my case.

ok so anyway, there is this boy i like. im in 7th grade, and i have liked him since 6th grade. his name is cruz, we are both mexican. anyway last year when i liked him, he never talked to me, never looked at me or anything. this year he started talking to me all of a sudden. and about 2 days ago we were walking back from lunch, and me and him were walking together,
nd he was teasing me about being a lesbian, and we were just laughing about it, and then he said "you can tell me anything im ur best friend" nd i was like "oh really? haha" nd we just started laughing, then he asked me who i liked, and i said that i wasnt going to tell him, nd he was trying to guess. but he never did guess that it was him.
and everytime i see him he will look at me then try to shake my hand and ill go for it, then he moves his hand out of the way, and he just smiles and then i laugh.

I had a boyfriend five years ago.. hes always been "the one that got away". Most people have one- the one that they never really stop thinking about that deeply impacted their life. We went through alot in our relationship and he has always been very hard to get over.

I NEVER thought id find anyone to make me happy after him- and then a year ago i met an awesome man. He is my everything and i love him to death. He makes me happier then ive ever been in my life and i cant wait until i marry him.

Problem is.. that ex is always in the back of my mind. i would NEVER leave my current for him or put myself in a bad position of being around him.. but he still crosses my mind.

Im ashamed to say last night it got worse.. i saw him out.. and text him that i didnt think id ever be truly completely over him. I am ashamed to even tell random strangers this b/c i know how messed up it is. I LOVE MY BOYFRIEND!

Anyone ever been in this situation? How do i stop? Am i a horrible person?

weather its Ford, Reagan, Carter, Bush senior, or Clinton former presidents, no matter how hated they were in office, seem to automatically acquire this elder statesmen status. they all are sought after for their words of wisdom and just seem to coast through the rest of their lives writting books, building houses, speaking for millions, whatever floats their boat. what will G.W. Bush's life be like when he leaves office?

We have some problems although no one will accept the big picture. America has 15 million illegal immigrants, housing market is ridiculous, globalwarming is evident everywhere. The government is not relevant to the needs of the majority because they can not even id them. The babyboomers will need healthcare and nursing facilities and who will have Social Securtiy? The police have gone tazor happy in their quest for control. Tell me what you think are real solutions?

For me, i admit this is why I myself am a feminist. I struggle sometimes with the sense that all people should be equal and my hurt feelings over men in my past.
