2.Nearly50Gb disk space.
3.Bandwidth of 200 Gb
4.Yearly price is less than $100.
5.Above all it must be reliable and safe.

Is it possible to host multiple websites in my shared hosting account with unlimited addons. But each one must have seperate login user info.

If you are looking for a reseller account, your budget is too little for such a specification. That is less than $10 a month.
Are you looking for reseller account of just normal hosting account that can allow multiple domains ? If normal account, than for the price you can find a number of them.
