Whenever you make eye contact with a guy that piques your interest, smile at him.
I don't think there's anything wrong with girls asking guys out, either. You'd be amazed at how many shy guys there are who wish girls would.

Show some cleveage and get the courage to say are you interested in me, this isnt 1930's, men like a woman to take some control, he is probably afraid of rejection is why he doesnt as you out himself, good luck!!!!

Rent the DVD, Clueless w/ Alicia Sylverstone. She describes how. Make eye contact, smile, & mouth the word, hi. Your body language should be frienndly. Eye contact is the most important thing.
