my grandpa has 7 children,one elder son and 6 daughters(including my mom,she has married in 1982).my grandpa passed away in 1970's without writing a will.
can the daughters claim the property,and how much will they get there share.
is it by equal mesures
we are hindu's residing in karnataka.please help us regarding this

I'm taking an Intro to Business class and my instructor says that as a sole-proprietor I can have the name of my burgeoning company placed on my personal bank account so that if I receive a check from a customer with my business name, I can still cash/deposit it. He said that if my bank refuses to do this to go to another bank because they cannot legally refuse my request.

However, I just came from my bank and they refused to do it. They stated that I *must* open a business account with them in order to have checks with my business name cashed/depositied.

Who is right and what can I do?

I am on the contraceptive pill Cilest at the moment. My doctor told me that the period I get every month is a sort of "fake" period. I'm not concerned about myself at all, but I am just curious. How would you know you were pregnant if you were on the pill? If your Pill period comes every mont reguardless, then how would you know? Like I said before, I'm not worried about myself, I've just always wondered how you would know? Thanks.

Do people gain their likeness/interest in you if you're funny?
because earlier today,there was a false fire alarm at my school and the thing was is that i was the only student who left the room (which was kinda weird),so when the principal came up the loud speaker and made an announcement that it was a false alarm,i went back to the classroom,opened the door and noticed that everyone was in their seats as if nothing happened, so i was like "hello" and everyone all laughed at me for some reason and i decided to laugh at myself when i was taking my seat.After taking my seat,i started thinking about why everyone was in their seats before i am and laughed at me when i said hello,i asked a couple students who sat next to me if anyone besides me evacuated the room when the alarm rang,they said none left the room,besides me of course.im just asking if me being funny gains interest/likeness in others who laugh at me for being funny.im trying to find a bright side to this.cuz im embaressed

Ok i am having major boy problems and none of my friends no what to do so im asking you for help....heres the problem.
Boy #1 and i decide to b flirty friends and see where things go. Boy#2 is best friends with Boy#1. i know for sure that Boy #2 knows that Boy#1 likes me but idk if Boy#1 knows that Boy#2 likes me. 2 days after Boy#1 and i decide to b flirty friends Boy#2 says he wouldnt mind hooking up with me(in this case means make out) n that he likes me. Boy#2 is cuter than Boy#1 but i dont want to break up friendships and I dont want to dis Boy#1. This also get messier because I am in the school play with both Boy 1 and Boy 2. So if i filrt more with one than the other it will b noticed.

The show I'm currently working on is full of silly nonsensical actors and crew. I think that if they didn't screw around and spend their time being fake to each other we would have a much better show. every month or so I have this dream where i have to get my arm amputated, but no one will tell me why. they keep trying to get me to sign this form that says they can do it. And I refuse, my parents get irrated with me and leave me in this clinic place. As they leave a guy from my class walks in and says " there is going to come a time in your life whene you wont be able to count on other people and your going to have to do things on your own." as he is saying this, a steel door is shutting if front of him, locking me in this clinic then I wake up. My pastor from church has given me some ideas but i still dont feel confident about it.

Lol, my 6 year old is great at flooring me, he was getting ready for school and got really mad. said, "That thing wont stay down!" I turned around and said, what thing? There he was with his hands in his pants just as mad at could be " That thing I go potty with! I live near a police station with some type of big communications antenna, also Moffet Field and Lockheed located not too far from me,.. could this have something to do with it? I already ruled out the timer feature. When I tape a piece of tin foil over the Infrared sensor it will remain off, but once it is removed it will switch itself on again usually within an hour or two. I considered the possibility of my neighbors TV remote control triggering it but I don't think it would be strong enough to penetrate walls from across the street. Or maybe Comcast triggers it with their sniffing devices? I myself don't even use a remote on this VCR unit. Hmmm
