Broiled or pan fried (without breading) medium well. Just a tinge of pink in the very center, but still juicy. Don't skimp on the seasonings (a generous dry rub and I don't need steak sauce!) I'd also like to order a HUGE baked potato with sour cream and chives. For a vegetable, I'll take the steamed tender-crisp asparagus tips.
I'll start with the house salad with garlic ranch dressing and some crusty sour dough bread with real butter (room temperature so I don't have to stab it on in a cold glob, please.)
Give me an Appletini for my aperitif and bring a nice bold burgundy when the meal comes. Thanks! How long till delivery? Get it here with the entree hot and the salad cold and fresh in under an hour and I'll tip well.
*Now why do I just know I'm going to end up eating those cold chicken fingers and potato salad I have wrapped up in the fridge and washing it all down with a glass of Crystal light?*

Depends on the quality of the meat - especially how tender it is. The better (so for me, tenderer) the less it needs cooking - so rare is good. But if the meat is less tender - ie tough, then medium/well works for me.

On the grill. A little crispy on the outside and just the slightest hint of pink on the inside.
