If they're making unnecessary noise or you hear creaking in just one spot for a long period of time or they are walking really hard and you think, "how can someone walk like that"? Or it sounds like someone is being body slammed?

Yeah, like when they were making love and I heard the woman upstairs yelling, "When I had an orgasm it made the ice caps in Antarctica melt." I was so pissed I was hearing that.

Ahhhhhhhhhh, I used to. But I'm pretty sure I don't have upstairs neighbors anymore because I live in a one story house.
If I hear creaking in the attic I guarantee you I will be running my butt over to Chicago in 8 seconds flat.

Often wonder what my downstairs neighbor is doing-we have one that is into games and computers and the other I'm not sure what, there are only 4 units in my apartment building

The only ones above me are a pair of blue jays in the pine tree above my roof. If I hear any of that, I'm moving. They would have to be 200 lb. blue jays.
