I am on the contraceptive pill Cilest at the moment. My doctor told me that the period I get every month is a sort of "fake" period. I'm not concerned about myself at all, but I am just curious. How would you know you were pregnant if you were on the pill? If your Pill period comes every mont reguardless, then how would you know? Like I said before, I'm not worried about myself, I've just always wondered how you would know? Thanks.

Morning sickness can sometimes be a way to know if one is pregnant. I know of someone that got pregnant when on the pill and for her was when she noticed that even with the way she took the pill she didn't even have breakthrough bleeding.
