Listen to them, be patience, and sincere.
Try putting yourself into the customer position and always be calm when handling them.
It is never easy but since you choose this career, this ‘package’ that comes with it.

You should deal and approach them in a very nice way. Customers are "Customers" they are your heart and soul of a business. You should deal them effectively through empathetic listening and make your action ina smooth and smart way. If you cant handle it, call your superior.
