I have a salesman that I don't get along with and he hates me. The salesman is getting orders in for me to enter. I am in customer service by the way. I put in orders and assist the sales team. Well one salesman gets orders in goes right over my head with everything. I just let things go because if it doesn't come to me I don't care. Today I got yelled at from my boss because we don't along our communication sucks. I got yelled at because I didn't talk to the rep.
What I need help with is how do you do your job in customer service with a person who doesn't want to work with you. I get yelled at every day from my boss because of him. He goes and tells on everyone. My boss thinks that I am the one that is the problem. When I first started I didn't get trained because the company got really busy so I learned everything just by asking questions.
Please help me....

Topic. I was just wondering if there was any things around the house that might help get rid of blackheads on my nose. I've tried store products and had little success so I was just wondering if there was anything around the house that might help the situation. Also, is it bad to use a pin to open the pore and squeeze the blackhead out?

i gotta say i think it will be madden. parise is a good hoice, but might still be too young. white is to moody, martin already has enough pressure on him from taking over rafalski's role, and pandolfo could be good too

Ok this past two days ive been getting head chills it feels tingly and feels like my hair stands up. my body hurts especially my legs and hands. i also get a mild fever at night about 98 or 99.
i am stressed

I've been trying to think of a science project to do for the ninth grade science fair for a while. My friend said that putting teeth in soda and watching them dissolve after a while is a good experiment. I've done some research and it doesn't seem quite as easy as that. Anybody know how to conduct a good experiment? Specifics about what I could do? And is it true that I could get teeth from the dentist? Any help is...well...helpful. :D Thank you!

I met this guy a month ago and we...well we had sex together and half way through the condom broke...he hadnt ejeculated at this point so we rolled on another and kept going.
I havent seen him since this night and I have no way of contacting him or even trying too find him...im in such a mess about things! I keep getting this rumbling in my tummy and i cant stop eating things...ive put on sooo much weight in the last 3 months....people keep asking me "are you preggy" cos of the weight gain and now im wondering if I could be..it would explain my mood swings too..

I want to go post secondary and live with my grandma...she is the best g-ma out there but my parents want me to drive back and forth instead of just living next to the college I want to attend. It seems a lot easier then driving for an hour to and from school everyday. I don't know how to convince them and I seriously don't know how to convince them.

friends for years and he's secretly liked me but he never went for it b/c he thought the chances of being w. me were slim only to find out that after all this time, I felt the same way back - I was the first girl he fell in love with BUT "life challenges" (death) and rumors/assumptions from friends made you us drift apart and it created tension BUT rather than giving up or seeking revenge, we worked it out and everything is starting to be better than before, the relationship grew (this happened in a 9 month span)

We're in the process of being close friends again...In the beginning when we first met, we "clicked' right away and could be able to talk to each other about anything and everything. We would always see each other in and out of classes, have lunch, and talk to each other almost every night. That was 3 years ago and obviously, THINGS change, PEOPLE change, and we change but it's not that we're growing apart - we're just growing up while adjusting to all this change...
It's different and i get scared that we'll lose our "closeness" but someone told me, "true things are never lost..." CAN WE STILL DO OUR OWN THING AND BE CLOSE? We used to talk all the time and now we don't call each other; not sure if it's a "guy thing" where they stop talking on the phone, we're both busy, or he's changed alot from the his friend's death...i'm sorry i'm just venting - THOUGHTS? I'd really appreciate it! THANKS

I'm 19 and ususally about 137 lbs, for the past two weeks i havent had much of an appetite and ive been tired and i've lost about 10 lbs. (this wouldn't be too much, but i don't weigh a whole lot to begin with) what could be causing this? I usually eat a normal amount of food and i'm not starving myself so i can rule any anorexia options out.
My aunt, who is a nutritionist, said to have the doctor check my blood sugar and thyroid.
