happens all the time. the only restriction is that they cannot be in the same division. in the Navy, they are typically not allowed to serve on the same ship, but it has happened.

Sure. I once served with two brothers who were not only Hospital Corpsmen in the Navy, but were also qualified divers. The first Marine casualty in Operation Desert Storm in 1991 had a brother in the Corps at the same time. Two of the three brothers (all Army) from a family in California were killed in Iraq. The surviving brother still serves.

Yes.
My husband is in the army with his younger and his older brother. They are all in the same branch in the military. All three of them were deployed last July for 15 months into Iraq. Thankfully they have all safely returned home. I was told that the reason they could all serve at once was because they have a brother that is older than all three of them, that if anything happened to (god forbid) all of them. The oldest one could still "pass on" the family name. Hence "Saving Private Ryan"

Yes. My husband and brother in law are both in the Marine Corps. On top of that, they are the only children my in laws have. Because of that fact, though, the USMC did not allow my brother in law to deploy to Iraq this September because my husband was already in Iraq since July.

Seems this is pretty well answered...but wanted to add my two cents...

My brother and I are both active duty army...

But I'm a female...so that doesn't really answer your "2 brothers" question.

Yes, and you may even be able to enlist together and get stationed together. Go see your Army recruiter and ask him about the possibility of enlisting for choice of duty station.
