I'm 19 and ususally about 137 lbs, for the past two weeks i havent had much of an appetite and ive been tired and i've lost about 10 lbs. (this wouldn't be too much, but i don't weigh a whole lot to begin with) what could be causing this? I usually eat a normal amount of food and i'm not starving myself so i can rule any anorexia options out.
My aunt, who is a nutritionist, said to have the doctor check my blood sugar and thyroid.

Your aunt is right go see a doctor to get that checked. Also, you might have depression.

Follow your aunt's advice. It's probably nothing to worry about---it could be stress or other things affecting your appetite. Have it checked out just to make sure.

Do what your aunt said. It is possible that it is one of those two things.
