Dark in Here


A woman takes a lover during the day while her husband is at work.

Her 9-year old son comes home unexpectedly, so she shoves the kid in the closet and shuts the door. The husband also comes home, so she puts her lover in the closet, with the little boy.

The little boy says, "Dark in here."



The man says, "Yes, it is."



The boy says, "I have a baseball."



Man, "That's nice."



Boy, "Want to buy it?"



Man, "No, thanks."



Boy, "My dad's outside."



Man, "OK, how much?"



Boy, "$250."



The next few weeks, it happens again that the boy and the lover are in the closet together.

Boy, "Dark in here."



Man, "Yes, it is."



Boy, "I have a baseball glove."



The lover remembering the last time, asks the boy, "How much?"



Boy, "$750."



Man, "Fine."



A few days later, the father says to the boy, "Grab your glove, let's go outside and have a game of catch."



The boy says, "I can't, I sold my baseball and my glove."



The father asks, "How much did you sell them for?"



Boy, "$1,000"

The father says, "That's terrible to overcharge your friends like that...that is way more than those two things cost. I'm going to take you to church and make you confess."



They go to the church and the father makes the little boy sit in the confession booth and he closes the door.

The boy says, "Dark in here."



The priest says, "Don't start THAT again."

OK, I lost three close to me within six weeks. My grandparents who raised me and a dog I had for 15 years. Also a friend from church died during this time.

It made me really hope what I believe is correct and start to wonder about it and second guess everything.

Is this a normal part of greiving?

I need a party theme. It's in October. I'm turning 15. Inviting about 15 girls. I need something REALLY fun, just for the day. something interesting. last year i did a chocolate theme w/ candy bingo, chocolate dipping and creating stations, chocolate tasting, find the choc. in the choc. whip, pin the flag on the hershey kiss.... you get the deal. so this guy is driving home late from work, when he realises it's his wife's birthday and he hasn't got a present for her. Desperate he's driving around, wracking his brains when he drives past a brothel and sees a parrot in the window. Now, knowing his wife has always wanted one, he goes in and starts
trying to persuade the madam to sell it to him. after some hefty negotiations he gets the bird. When he finally arrives home, to find his mother and sister in law with their respective husbands waiting for him , he unveils the beautiful bird of paradise....

The parrot, looks around, ruffles it's feathers and squawks...

"Well the 2 regulars I recognise, but I ain't never seen those 2 'ho's before!".......

I own a PS3, not a Xbox 360 but I just wonder why the Xbox 360's games and the PS3's games cost $59.99. When you think about it the PS3's games should be $59.99.

It's not like I care or anything, but aren't 360 owners getting ripped off because the regular Xbox used DVD's and so did the PS2 and when new games came out for those 2 consoles they were $49.99 not $59.99

The PS3's games use a Blu-Ray disc not a standard DVD disc like the Xbox 360 and Blu-Ray discs are more expensive, and they can hold way more data than standard DVD's so why are new Xbox 360 games $59.99 when the disc format isn't any different than the previous Xbox and PS2?

I live in WV, smoking is legal in bars. The only way I can open a hookah cafe (smoke flavored tobacco in a cafe setting), is if I sell alcohol. Why? If people knowingly go into a business specialized in tobacco.. how is that breaking the law?

Just because 80% of my business doesn't come from alcohol?

I'd like to know your personal perspective.don't look up the statistics.just give an estimate right now out of 10 ratio regarding how many male versus female criminals(hardcore criminals-murderers/etc, not the petty crimes) that you think there are.example 1 out of 10 male so that's 9 out of 10 females,etc and rank according to what you think...and state why you came to that conclusion.why is one gender more prone to committing crimes than the other? thanks.
