Not the weakest =its the power of the Aether locked in as a force in the volume of space. The Magnetude of the force depends on the configuration of the Space structure.
In very compressed space this force manifest itself as a magnetude of electrostatic force.

That would be gravity, my friend. It is orders of magnitude weaker than the electromagnetic force, and it is present everywhere, even in the deepest reaches of space.
