Pornstars rarely use protection in videos so are they on like birthcontrol or the pill or something. How come they do not get hiv or gonorrhea doing all the things they do ?

actually porn-stars are checked out continuously with a physician and they use protection such as condoms, spermaized cream,etc...This is an actual law that they have to have some kind of protection and all the actor/actress have to be checked out for any STD's, before any filming can be done.This law was brought in the wake of AIDS becoming more common and is about ten years old.

Do they get pregnant? Only if they want too, and only the women. Do they get other nasties? Yes. There was one very famous porn star male who had AIDS and as you observed they don't wear condoms, so a lot of others got infected.
But now days they have to undergo regular screening - once a month - and a failed test means no more work, at least till you get a negative one. But the tests have been circumvented in the past - using someone else to give blood, or having the tests done under a different name, or the directors/employers "failing" to check the results, etc.
Its Russian Roulette with their health.

They more than likely do take birth control of some sort. In the adult film industry, they also have to be tested on usually a weekly basis for STDs. I'm sure it happens, but it's pretty rare because they have to stay clean and unfattened to keep their jobs.

Yep most definitely on both. Have you heard of Deven Davis? She's the wife of Jonathan Davis (lead singer of the band KoRn) and she was a pornstar. The two now have a kid together.

Yes they use birth control, there are so many kinds out there that can be used. When you are in the adult movie business you are constantly tested for STD's and stuff of that nature

yes several have died of aids... mostly in the 80's and early 90's... things are much different now
