is this a good game? also what a good RPG game beside Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrior?

Star Ocean - 'Til the End of Time is an OK game, but two RPGs I prefer are:
Dark Cloud 2 (action RPG)
Dragon Quest VIII (turn-based RPG)

Star Ocean is absolutely recomended for an RPG gamer! Dragon Quest VIII is also a really good game :)
