My ex husband filed a motion to stop paying child support. He lives in another state. I didn't make it to the court that day and on our Child support enforcement page it just says the court action was dismissed. Does that mean the child support order that is in place was dismissed or was his request to terminate the child support dismissed????

Back in the early 90s, I worked with an attorney who introduced me to the work of an artist who (at least at that time) was creating paintings that depicted businessmen in suits in violent scenes.

The two I remember clearly were (1) two men in dark blue suits fistfighting... one guy had the other by the tie and they were pummeling each other, and (2) a man hanging by his necktie, as if by a noose.

I can't remember the artist's name, so I'm hoping someone can help me. I know if I hear the correct name, I'll know it. As I recall, his wasn't a common surname.

I could easily be mistaken, but I seem to recall the artist's name being something like Borko or Boiko or Bierko or something along those lines.

Can anyone help me with this one?

The denominator of the Bayes theorem formula should be the probability of producing the data, but on its own is difficult to calculate. So how come it's difficult to calculate? And why can't we calculate it by finding the joint priori probability of the evidences?

I have three wonderful pitbulls. I take them to petsmart all the time and socialize them. Some people absolutely love them, but then there's that stupid person who get's out of line just to avoid my precious, well-mannered bullies. I think it's the way you raise the pitbulls that makes them have the bad rep. Also the breeders are imbreeding these dog's. they are the most loyal dogs to me. They even live with cats and nurse stray kittens sometimes. My motto is...... punish the Deed, not the Breed. what do you think?

Just recently, i took a hard look at myself. I realized that i dont have any special skill that other people might have. I dont have anything that i am really good at.

I'm a finance student. Will be graduated in 2 years. I dont know where will i ended up after that. I dont think i am knowledgable to work in any financial institution either. What i know about my study are those from the book, which cant apply to the real world situation. (especially investment). I've took a investment class but i still dont know how to invest money in the reality.

But i am not completely worst, coz i know a little bit of everything. But a litte bit of everything wont be able to make a living from that right?

Please comment on the person like me.
