I want a very good fuctional memory stick or flash drive watever you call it or an external hard drive that I can put all my video and music from my pc on. I'm looking to spend maybe 15-30$. So far I have over 15gb of videos and music on my pc. maybe a small 10gb stick will do or even an 8gb. Thanks to all in advance.

Memory sticks in the price range you mentioned will usually only be about 1 - 2 gig in size. Largest I have seen recently (but haven't look in a couple months) was 4 Gig. It would probably be a little beyond your price range.

If you have 15 gb (and growing), it would probably be better to go with a external hard drive. They make some that are almost as small as a memory stick. (But the smaller the case f the drive, the more you pay). A good external drive (250 gb) will run you about $75-100, but the price "per gig" is considerable cheaper then the memory sticks.

Save up for a couple months and get something "big". It will cheaper in the long run.....

ebay seek maxtor (best demanding stress producer), and seek IDE to USB exterior. Take a pair weeks to reasearch, various stuff yet no longer very complicated. you need to purchase a IDE to USB exterior enclosure for below $30, then purchase the biggest demanding stress you've gotten the money for. 300gb extremely ATA is unquestionably below $one hundred now, yet used 40gb may well be had for as low as $7 each and every. you additionally can build your man or woman extenal enclosure by skill of procuring for a ide to usb cable $10, then a power grant for the stress. yet there are SATA drives obtainable now, I doubt you're waiting for that with a working laptop or laptop, so persist with ata demanding stress. IDE is comparable connector as ATA, yet IDE is likewise for dvd drives besides as ata drives. the only distinction between a demanding stress exyernal enclosure and DVD optical exterior enclosure is a front bay beginning off to place your dvd disk in, or no longer. So purchase the surprising enclosure. some lay flat, some upright vertical, some neon lighted, some captivating metalic finishes.
