Is Explore Talent legit?

I signed on with exploretalent.com are they legit, I have received no job offers. Central Casting in Burbank gets you jobs right away.

NO, yes they submit you for audtions, but getting an agent will be more sufficent.

I think there are many complaints on the bbb (better business bureau) about ExploreTalent. Stay away!
