Ok. I got a bunch of different answers. Don't you agree that it is an oxy moron to say wordly Christian?

When we say Christian, we are referring to being like Christ. Christ in no way was wordly. He was perfect and was that way till he took upon my sins and everyone elses sin.

So to say wordly Christian is wrong. Would you then call them a wordly believer? They are saved but are wordly in ways. You would not call them a Christian.

Some said that there can not be wordly and saved. I think it is possible, but one can not be like that for long because the Lord chastens. If there is no chastening then there is no salvation. Agree?

Do you understand what I'm trying to explain? I was just made aware of this today in a class I'm taking this week about spiritualmindedness.

If you have any mature comments I openly accept them.

We need sex to multiply and also to satisfy our physical and emotional needs. There's nothing sinful about it.
How come that my fellow human beings, the Christians, regard sex as a dirty thing and even consider their own children to have been born from a sinful act?

My boyfriend was with 3 other girls before me, but was unable to come while having sex with ANY of them. He just didn't. This was shocking to me, and i was wondering if anyone has heard of this happening or had a similar experience? Or guys, an explanation? What is portrayed can be the complete opposite. Look at that show called "to Catch a Predator". People can use an avatar, persona or username which is completely false. Don't people realize that the "gorgeous" girl could be a big truckdriver guy. I think it is a little scary sometimes how quickly people are willing to trust. Please give your thoughts...

I am a full time student (14 units) studying electrical engineering. This is my third year in school and so far the hardest semester. I work at Costco Wholesale and they schedule me 35 hours a week (5 days a week). I have time for hw but I have no life anymore and I am always busy and stressing out. When it comes to for midterms I dont really have enough time to study. The pay there is great. Should I quit my job? I am gonna be poor if I do.
