It's not a problem for you are accompanied by an adult. Always it maybe your advantage, many hostel has---
1.Persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have a signed..
2.Youth under 18 always free.
lol.

I have hostel list that may help you make your decision:

no all of you do not have to be 18. The person who reserves the room/Bed or makes the reservation which Im guessing your doing will more than likely have to be 18 with a credit card.

i grow to be in February in San Francisco, desirable place to pass in wintry climate. My family members and that i stayed on the Rodeway inn on the corner of Lombard and Divisadero highway. Very friendly environment. I even observed youngsters staying there, yet I actual can not assure you in the event that they could settle for being underage travellers. solid success!

you don't have to be all 18. all you need is one person to be 18 or above so that you can stay in a hostel.just let the one person who is 18 or above to do the booking. that person will act as your guardian. thats it.
