My home is tied to my partners job.
He resigned recently and we have just been verbally informed we have 2-4 weeks to move family out.
We have NOT had written notice, where do we stand??
Please answer if you have advice.

Is it just as stupid to say I love Indian people as to say I don't like Indian people? cause i be lovin some Indian people-from India. They are the immigrants we need, they flourish wherever they go in hard work and wealth and bring good businesses to the area. They make where they live in america better and don't try to create mini calcutta on the streets of LA.

I currently live in Illinois, so I know right off the bat that my chances of getting in without being a California resident are decreased. I've always loved California and San Diego particularly and I am really considering going there. I want to major in communications to work in public relations. I have a 3.3 GPA (not the best) but I have taken lots of honors/AP courses and I also do/have done a lot including Orchestra, Cheerleading, FCCLA, FAST, Builders club, Drama club, Girl scouts and more. I am currently a junior so I've been thinking about this stuff a lot lately.

Any advice or thoughts would really be appreciated.

It seems like a lot of women trivialize men's needs in a relationship. If a bf/husband is supportive of his wife, and fufills her emotional needs, isn't she somewhat obligated, as a good partner and wife, to fulfill her bf/husbands needs?

(This is of course providing that he's unselfish in the bedroom, and doesn't expect it like five times a day or anything...)

a lot of people brought up the opinion that there is a big difference between killing a fetus and a serial killer. (We won't go into how the death penalty has been known to claim innocent victims).

But no one said there was a big difference between a fetus and an animal killed for food. Which is interesting, because there is a big difference. If the fetus is less than 5 1/2 months old, it doesn't feel pain or pleasure- it doesn't have a complicated enough nerve system at that stage. But the animals killed for food certainly feel pain- a lot of it in this country especially.

So why would an early stage fetus have more right to life than an adult cow, or pig? Is it because people believe fetus' have "souls".

I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts.

I recently got engaged to my fiance. Last night, the question came up about my bachelor party. We both have preconceived notions of what the limits should be. First off, I love my wife to be very much and can't wait to settle down and begin our lives together. Prior to seriously dating her, I lived a fairly wild life and come from a more open background than she does. Her limit is that of "look, but don't touch", where touching is considered cheating. My definition is intercourse or oral. Having been to a strip club before, to me, lap dances are pretty meaningless. Her perception of a strip club is more akin to a brothel. Any attempts to tell her how it really is gets brushed off. How can we discuss this productively? Its not that I feel the need to get a lap dance, but I dont want to be told what I cant do. I want to just be able to confront the issue when it presents itself, and be able say goodbye to that part of my life and move on with her.
