How would the United States react if Britain decided it wanted to have an Empire again and somehow managed to obtain it?

Say places like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, African countries and India (that one would be hard to persuade...) again formed a globe-spanning empire?

What do you think the US would do?

in spite of the very undeniable fact that there is a Hawaiian independence circulation, that is not violent.those human beings prefer to receive their independence via criminal non violent potential.they could finally prevail. The United international locations does not understand Hawaii as a criminal area of united states of america. In 1993 the U. S. Congress surpassed and President Clinton signed the Act of Apology wherein united states of america admits its approach of annexation of Hawaii replaced into incorrect the two morally and legally.it may look that finally Hawaii will regain its status as an self sufficient united states,in spite of the very undeniable fact that with provisions for united states of america to maintain its significant protection stress bases there.

Everyone in the world would suddenly win the lottery and then get struck by lightning, that is about the possibility of any of those countries agreeing to rejoin Britain.
If Britain tried to take back any of those countries by force they would have armies from almost every country in the UN sitting in London within a week.

What would happen if the US wanted to become imperialistic?

the United Kingdom wouldnt make it anywhere in such a quest. nowadays everyone is allied. The moment they attacked another country, they'd be geting Nailed for "Why" as soon as the british people find out they're goverment is going imperial on them. they will go for help. depending on who they attacked, the U.S.A. might invade.

Unfortunately, Britain is no longer in any real position to have an Empire again, eh.

I'm OK with that. Go ahead. We can be friends but we won't be joining your empire.

We would wish them well. Whats the big deal. I do think Africa and India would be a bit of a sticky wicket though.
