I am 5'4" and weigh 140, i want to weigh anywhere from 120-125 lbs. Is there a diet plan that will help me tone and lose a little weight and at a quick pace? Please only serious answers. thanks!

So since three days, something has changed,Things were not like this before... he was my friend but since he sent me a touching word...i cannot stop thinking about him..i have his pictures and i look at them all the time, and we send each other msgs everyday since the day before yesterday...Sincerely It was as if i was addicted to him :S...

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for a month and then have been officially together for abit more then a month. I'm only 16 and he is 19 but i think i love him, i have said i love you to one other guy who i did care alot about but this is different, i like him more then i have ever liked anyone before and miss him whenever im not with or talking to him.
We were talking about our feelings and stuff when we had been dating for about 2 weeks and i think he almost said it but then i was like it takes me alot to say it. Should i say it now because i think i do!!!
Here are the ways i was thinking of saying it...
Whispering it in his ear whilst hugging
Before or after sex
In a note left in his car
Through email
Over the phone
By sending him a love song, if so any ideas
Which of those do you think would be the best??? Any other ideas? or adivce?

This is going to sound silly but i was just wondering if anyone knows if it is posible to fall pregnant while you are pregnant, i have heard of women concieving while they are pregnant and carrying two babies of different gestational ages in the wombe? I'm tired of people pretending that their religious beliefs contain not violence. The bible is full of horrible stories of stoning that was set as law by God. I don't care if it was in the 'old testament', God still wanted people killed back then, sometimes innocent children. This God of the Old Testament is the same God of the New one. Iran has stoned children for being raped. Why do people deny the harm that religion does?

and it is hurting and feeling odd. The filling material she uses just wears down in 3 or 4 months as she can't use the harder stuff on the front teeth and I can't afford a cap on it.

Can the gum between the two teeth be cut off so it is lower than the teeth. Would this be harmful or excessively painful after a few days?

I hate to tell her to pull it as it is a bottom tooth that will show but it feels real awful. It was painful but now feels more like a big something it stuck in my teeth or gums and it is very annoying whenever I close my mouth.

Any advice. I guess bruxism is associated with sleep apnea which I have or so I read. I use a mouth guard to sleep.

I have to say it's Bayern Munich. Because the big clubs that's still undefeated are like liverpool-Real Barca Arsenal
Roma etc, I think Inter too, but for this season I feel in domestic league play the PL La Liga and Serie A is extremely tough so i think all these clubs will eventually lose before Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich can probably go undefeated all season since they dont have to play champions league matches

So i have been working at a grocery store for over 3 years and we have a baler. You put cardboard in the machine and after about 2 or 3 days of filling it up it requires to be manual wired up and thrown outside until a truck comes and picks it up. I have a graph of the death rate of certain cohorts (males born in 1840, females born in 1900's, etc) On the graph there is a sharp increase in the number of deaths among people age 0-10 that occured in 1840. Can any historical event that could have caused this increase. 2) ALSO for those born in 1900, there death rate sharply increased between the ages of 60-80. So this occured in 1960-1980-any historical event that could have wiped out middle-age individuals.3) ALSO FInally for those born in 1800, death rate sharply increased around age 50-70 so this would be between 1850-1870 (any events that culd have occured)??? Please help
