You can "get a life" by appreciating every moment that has been given to you. You can accomplish this by spending time with friends and family, or by indulging yourself in a worthwhile activity that you are passionate about.

You surround yourself with people and things that make you feel good, and motivate you to achieve, discover, and excel with enthusiasm. love your job. if you work -- work like you dont need the money, work because you love it (or atleast, like it)
stop trying to please everyone. if you cant be happy when everything is just perfect and everyone is pleased, then you'll never be happy.
find the impractical thing/s that interest you and explore this/these
love like you've never been hurt
live as if you'll die today
dream as if you'll live forever. dont put limits to your dreams. never stop dreaming. the moment all your dreams come true, you die (figuratively speaking, ofcourse :) )
dance when no one is watching
make love as if someone IS watching (hehe..)
one random act of kindness everyday and dont expect anything back
have something to look forward to every week (ex: cupcake mondays, dvd wednesdays, etc...) it will lessen the dread of the coming weekdays
maintain healthy relationships with your friends and family :) then you'll never be alone :)

But, if you want to get a 'real life', you will never get one in our virtual world ! You'll have to try and find it in your own home and city - and amidst your own circle of family, friends and well wishers.
