what is the name i would like to search the web to find it at the best deal. Thanks. oh yea i think its supposed to be4 wires and the trailer has 220 stove and washer dryer hook ups and a gas fernace.

I ran 160 ft to my cabin useing a #6 cable, with a 200 amp breaker , works fine, run a freezer, a fridge, tv, 2 computers,
heater, a aH-water heater, and a elect stove,

I'm not an electrician but agree in part with answer #1. Beyond that 150 feet is too much distance without some other issues being involved.

I've seen answers more specific to what I don't recall HERE in Q&A and you can find them as well in the Q&A search.

A large part of your issue has to do with resistance and the distance away from the major power source.

The cable size is rated by the estimated load,150 ft is possibly beyond local code requirements. This also should be done by a qualified electrician I dont think running the main feed to the service panel is a DIY project.

Umm need more info but you are not allowed to do such work yourself. You will have to get an electrician to do the work. Anyone with brains should not touch this question. State regulations usually dont allow anyone but a Contractor to work on services and i believe 150 feet is to far for this application. There are very strict rules for mobile and manufactured homes.

Unless you have knowledge of electricity, it would be wise to get someone else to professionally rewire your house.
