ok here's the deal, this guy wants me to get a paternity test done although i know he's not the father. And on top of this he wants me to pay for it. I've already ordered a free test online and he took it, I just don't want to waste my money when i know he isnt my daughters father. IM 21 YEARS OLD AND IM 5'4 AND 105 POUNDS. I FEEL LIKE I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT, ABOUT 5 POUNDS MORE. I EAT ABOUT 800 CALORIES A DAY AND WORK OUT 7 DAYS A WEEK FOR ABOUT 2-3 HOURS A DAY. I think most people are only a few ticks away from turning into monsters. How much vitamin c is"too much" vitamin c???
Is it bad for you or can it hurt you if you take too much?
My family and I usually take I usually take it to shorten the duration of colds but its just a vitamin it cant hurt me right?
