I will try to interrupt from what you have given but if you disagree do not swing me with a backlash, OK:

Relationship with you: swords are energy or actions but the 3 makes uneven balance; Maybe a three people or a choice not decided yet, a pending move to become unstuck. Hermit reversed means no help, you do not gain any help at the cross roads 4 paths to take and no light from his lantern. Moon reversed means also no real help and there are secrets, deception and lies. Since the Moon is reversed my feeling is you will start to see, hear and maybe the situation will not be to your liking. Are you pregnant? Are you hiding anything? He is hiding a lot also?

Relationship with her: queen of cups reversed; cups hold many emotions Love of course, and stability, riches, but reversed lust, loss, greed, envy and betrayal. Not a pleasent card just be careful someone is hurt or will hurt another.
Magician this card represents many good things, but not so good in this reading, someone is reinventing or more aptly putting on an act that is trickery, gossip, work and planning is activevly occuring. Again, people are hurt and this card would have better reversed.
3 of penticles that is money, riches, and well being so definitly some one is gaining and another will lose, Look back at the 3 of swords!
Friend to you: 9 of wands ( first 3x3=9) wands are messages, letters, all comunication; revesered is messed up comunication, verbal as well as written. She may be lying or there is no exchange at all between you.
King of wands puts HIM right in the middle of this trouble and and the root of your question. Who is pregant? I keep going back to this even though not from the cards!
Strength a good card but not so good in this reading. She is not going to be strong in supporting you. She is going to use strength to get her way. Be careful.

View marriage: 2 of swords reversed he is or going through a divorce? from her? He is angry. I feel not from the cards so much; he can be violent, again angry. 2 of wands not so good in this reading; he will talk marriage say all the correct words, but that is as far as he will go. No commitment.../
Hanged man static, stuck, just happy to hang in there, again no commitment and no responsibilty.

You asked for a reading and I hope this will help you. I have worked on this for some time; that I do not mind. I do not want to hurt you and I have tried to explain the meanings of the cared lay out. My psychic abilty touched on other parts of the reading.
In summary, let this sink in, because the cards, my reading and added abilty is serious. You need to some how figure out the best move for you. Do you think it would be in your best interest to move on? I cannot answer that for you. Take care.
Please let me know what you think of the reading if you are able.

First use the explanation of each card given to you with the Deck. Since you appear to be doing a surface reading rather than a patterned reading, each card becomes part of a sentence you must read and think about. These are a rather upfront set with almost no nuances.

Here's a sentence from above. Use it to understand how such usage works.

Falsehoods can make a marriage impossible unless there is sacrifice and wisdom.

1. One of you has hurt the other. There are secrets being kept.
2. She has hurt him but not as a lover. She appears to be his mentor or "muse."
3. She is teaching you to be strong in spirit, but she is not letting you in to some part of her life.
4. He relishes the thought of marriage (2 wands) but not at this time in his life. He feels he isn't ready (hanged man) and he is afraid of the turmoil it will cause (2 swords reversed)

I think it would help to tell us which layout you were using. That's way too few cards for a standard celtic cross.

That may sound confusing, so I'll simplify a little

What's the special meaning the first card has, what's the special meaning the second card has, and what's the special meaning the third card has?

For instance, maybe the first one is about the present, the second the past, and the third the future?

Also, keep in mind Tarot is simply an aid for a medium; there's nothing special about the deck itself, and a random number generator on a computer would work just as well. A good medium can work with anything from a crystal ball to pocket change.

That said, I'll leave my personal opinion on mediums out of this and tell you what those cards typically mean. I'll leave it up to you to decide what they mean to your questions.

First three:

The three of swords usually means hurtful, but true, words that someone's been keeping to themselves, are going to be let out. Basically, someone not pulling their punches. Me, I prefer it when people give it to me straight, but most people take this to be a bad sign.

The hermit usually means someone thoughtful, reserved, full of knowledge, and usually means to take your time, not make any rash decisions, try to be mature, etc. So, reversed, it would mean immaturity, making quick decisions, acting without full knowledge, etc.

The moon usually means secrets or tricks. Reversed, it usually means the same things- but they're discovered before any damage can be done.

Next three:

Some women like to point out the difference between sex and love. The queen of cups right-side up would be the love half of that, and upside-down would be the sex half of that. Not necessarily sex itself, but it just means drawing pleasure from something (maybe even looking at something) without actually loving it or treating it like a person.

The magician usually means doing something with a lot of skill, pulling off something difficult, and in general being able to do things that other people can't, or using knowledge the magician has that others don't.

The three of pentacles usually means reward for craftsmanship and hard work. If someone were in debt, this would mean that they were going to be out of debt.

The next three:

The nine of wands usually means keep at it, don't give up, you're almost there, etc. So, reversed, it would mean forget it, quit while you're ahead, it's probably not worth it anyway.

The kind of wants usually means taking charge of your life, and deciding the direction it's going to go in, and sometimes starting something new.

Strength usually refers to strength of will and character. In the tarot story, a woman uses her will alone to get a lion under her command.

the next three cards:

The two of swords usually means being stuck in the middle of a conflict, and being fair to both sides. So, reversed, it would mean instead of worrying about being fair to both sides, the person in the middle should watch his or her back, because the two people that are fighting just might find a common enemy in them.

The two of wands usually means making a choice, and focusing on it, instead of trying to split your energy and passion both ways. It also means pouring a lot of time and energy into that choice.

The hanged man usually means take a breather, and stop what you're doing, and let go of whatever it was you were holding on to. In the tarot story, the fool drops a bunch of money out of his pocket and doesn't even bother to pick it up while hanging from a tree, viewing it as just metal. What do you get out of it? Information and insight. It says take a step back from everything and take a good hard look at what's going on from fresh new eyes.

Tarot cards generally have meanings as a template for your altered interpretation, this is where that honed intuition comes in, if you don't have it, you should work on that first.
