ok here's the deal, this guy wants me to get a paternity test done although i know he's not the father. And on top of this he wants me to pay for it. I've already ordered a free test online and he took it, I just don't want to waste my money when i know he isnt my daughters father. Does anyone know where I can get a professional looking paternity letter, or can someone send me one in a email attatchment

I would just make him take me to court and then once in court say look I know he isn't the father and I'm not going to pay for the test.

Ohh I don't know. My guess would be to do some hardcore googling and see what you can come up with... but since MOST people have not seen a paternity test (and you said you haven't either) I suppose you could just make up something professional-looking, throw in some important-looking pretend facts about genomes and DNA and blood types as well as make up some strange Doctor... Maybe in the letter you could actually put like... April Fools! at the end. Just an idea. I wish I could be more useful. :)

If he isn't the father you won't go to jail for it but like others have stated if he wants one let him take you to court and he can come out of pocket or you can call the Maury show and get one for free if you don't mind being on T.v. I never seen an episode were the dude wanted the DNA test done I pretty sure they will eat it up plus it's a free vacation for you and your kid.

I would just tell him he's not the father, and if he doesn't believe you HE can pay for the paternity test. I wouldn't get a fake letter, you can get into a lot of trouble for that.

I have been picking a fight with my ex for 15 years because she won't give me a DNA test. I will be filing the Federal lawsuit in a week or two.
Give the guy his test and don't try to commit fraud. If he is like me; get ready for a long fight.

I agree with Gin A. Let him take you to court and the judge will make him pay for the test. Also, take a copy of the online test to court with you as proof that you have already had him take one test. Make him pay for court costs.

Um, no. He can't make you pay for it anyways. If he wants one, make him pay for it. Does he know that you know he's not the father? If he has a court order to get one done, the court will make him pay for it. They always make the father in question pay. Regardless, you need to be honest with him.

If he wants the test, let him pay for it. It's not up to you to prove anything unless you want money out of him. You are not married, you owe him nothing! Tell him to do what he needs to do and to get lost.

Why you want to do this to someone? If he wants one then tell him he has to pay for it. Have you told him that he is not the father? Did you show him the other test results? Tell him the truth, why lie, it only causes more problems.
