What are you going to do, suck up dust and dirt particles? Let the vacuum cleaner do it's job! The person manning it, well... they knew what they were getting into when they took up the damn thing. Surely they are capable of doing the job alone or they wouldn't have bothered. Don't underestimate the vacuum-er, it may give him or her an inferiority complex. Finally, vacuuming is not a social event since they tend to be loud and don't allow for conversation without over talking the noise and if you have allergies, well hey... you want to allow the dust to be all gone before you go anywhere near. Don't beat yourself up however, it's an honest mistake. You thought that you could help and might be needed. Now you know better.

Don't you think the vacuum cleaner might get you?? lol But if the person vacuuming is really nice they won't do that. I am pretty sure they are nice, you could go check it out, I am sure you have a place to hide if you think it's dangerous don't you? It's worth a try at least. You have a few lives left don't you? You might as well live a little!

Stay where you are. Wait to be asked.
