you definitely have an eating disorder...800 calories a day isn't even enough to support the most basic biological functions. and the fact that you are exercising for such a long time and every day is just adding to the problem. you need to go back to therapy or if you continue in this fashion you will cause more permanent damage to your endocrine system and suffer from various illnesses for the lifespan.

I think you still not fully recovered, I know the problem, I think, because I'm struggling with it too. It's a long..... time to recover from anorexia.
First, it's not about the weight at all, it's about the perception and eating pattern that's wrong.
My suggestion :
There is nothing wrong with being skinny! I like myself being skinny and I also love extremely skinny girl. Just don't go too far. If you feel that you're comfortable at 100, then be it. Don't gain weight because your family or your doctor or the BMI chart told you, or you will regret it.
Research told that you can have BMI as low as 14-15 before you have health problem (as long as you keep a healthy eating pattern). That's about 82 pounds for your height, so 100 or even 96 is still perfectly healthy. And I know some girl who has BMI of 14 and they're OK. That BMI 18.5 limit is just for esthetic reasons.
Use your logic and clear mind! I'm sure you've already know a lot about food ingredients and nutrients, just focus on consuming vitamins, minerals, protein, etc that your body needs. Take supplements if you need them.
Don't count calories, just eat what you like but in limited portion, stop before you feel full. And if you was ana before it won't be a problem because our stomach is used to very small amount of intake. It's only take a few bites to feel full. Drink water before and after you eat to ease the digestion system and make you feel full faster.

Good luck
