We will be leaving sometime in March from GA. We have 2 children...ages 3 and 13(they will be this age when we go) and a bulldog. My hubby's report date is in May. We were already told to get the mile post. We are driving. And we are also looking to buy a house in Palmer, Eagle River or Wasilla. Any info anyone can give will be welcome. Any tips will be welcome....thank you!!

That seriously sickens me.. depriving your child of food especially because my best friend who is my neighbor is fifteen and she still has to ask for food...
and her mom commented once about our other neighbors little girl who was sick and was eating some goldfish before bed because she wasn't feeling good enough to eat them earlier and she was like omg who gives goldfish to their kids when their sick and eating beofre bed omg! I'm like WOW....My parents have always let us go in the pantry or fridge or whatever and make or selves some food or take a snack and I'm healthy and not overweight It's food you eat it that's why it's there! The only time she saw me and said no was right before we were having dinner so I wouldn't spoil it

My father in-law paid 10,000 to get his brother out of Elizabeth detention center after being caught by immigration for being an illegal resident. The bail as I understand it is to ensure he will come back to court when it was agreed. Now my question is: Can we request to get our money back and let them persecute him, or do we have to wait until the court day and his extraction from the country to actually get the money back. Thanks.

I got 2 tickets @ the same time a few weeks ago (bull **** because i have a sports car)... im only 17 and have a junior's license... the tickets were speeding ( i wasnt... ) and a careless driving (bull ****)... @ the time my dad made me plead guilty and wrote a check and we paid off the 2 fines...
i now got a letter saying i got 3 pts for each offense... for a total of 6 pts... which will cause me to loose my license... is there anything i could do such as classes or something to get rid of these points so i dont loose my license? please some1 give me some advice on what to do now

How do you keep white socks clean? I washed them in bleach and they still show dirt on the bottoms? Is there a cleaner out there that is strong enough to get the bottoms clean? I tried "Shout" and "Spray & Wash", but they don't work. I don't want to have to soak them in bleach each time I wash them as I don't wear them a lot and don't have enough whites for a whole laundry load. Any suggestions?
