I was given a formal police warning for shoplifting something worth £4 from a large department store. Although this matter is now over with in court, I am been chased by a debt collection agency say that owing to "civil recovery" coming from the department store I now owe £240. Surely this can not be right, and can not be real law. Are they being criminal to harrass me into paying this huge amount of money. Please help.

I just finished the mission on GTA San Andreas where you throw boxes of bullets of the train at Ryder in his Truck. Am I very far in the game? How many more missions until more clothes stores open up? How many more until I can gain territory with gang wars?

So, I'm considering a vegitarian lifestyle, but I work out a lot and am concerned about my protien intake... any advice? I'm a 26 year old female, 5'7'', 133 lbs. I workout 6 days a week for 1.5 hours a day (which includes a 5 min. jogging warmup, 25 mins of strength training, 40 minutes of cardio, and then abs and stretching).

I don't care for cheese, but I'm great with soy products- will soy/peanut butter/etc. provide me with enough protein?

Thanks for your help!

Recently, I purchased a single family home from a builder. Are the closing costs that I paid tax deductible? Also, if I refinance this year itself, are these closing costs and/or points tax deductible as well? Any information is greatly appreciated!

we have had fleas in our house for a few months now, trying to get rid of them. my dogs have around 10 fleas on them everyday. one day, though, i got home and was petting my chi deuce and i noticed nothing out of the ordinary. then i saw a couple black spots on him (fleas) and took him into the bathroom to pick them off. he is a small dog, so if he has fleas, you can pretty much find them all in a couple of minutes. i picked the ones that i saw off, and as i kept going through his fur, there were more and more. eventually the fleas started falling off of him there were so many. i had to put him into the bathtub just so there werent fleas all over my floor. i got about 150 to 200 total off of him. my question is where did they all come from. its like they appeared out of thin air, and if there had been that many on him to start with, i would have noticed, because like i said, he is a chi. its like he had 10 fleas, and within 2 minutes they multiplied into 100. how is this possible?

I am considering buying a Canon SLR towards the end of the yr...will any of my old manual SLR lens' be compatible with the digital SLRs that are made today?

If they don't fit on directly, can I buy an attachment? Seems like a waste to never use the macro, telephoto, wide angle ever again.

#1.8:2-3 "And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not,
neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only,
but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live."

#21:8 All things are full of labour; man cannot utter it: the eye is not
satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing.

1:15 That which is crooked cannot be made straight: and that which is
wanting cannot be numbered.

1:18 For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth
knowledge increaseth sorrow.

All of a sudden I am experiencing a very serious depression. I have had problems with anxiety and panic attacks but now I have this terrible feeling that nothing is good, nothing is ok, everything is horrible, there is nowhere I can go, nothing I can do - to make it better. There isn't really anything going on in my life that should cause this. I missed 2 days of work and when my boss came in my office and asked me what was going on I just bawled and bawled. How embarrassing! This has GOT to stop, and fast. How do I get out of this? My husband is trying to be supportive but he doesn't understand that there is nothing he can do for me. What am I missing?? If there is nothing I can think of that would make me happy, no movie I can watch, song I can listen to, nothing - how do I make it through? Some facts: I am 32, happily married, no children, on birth control and I have been taking Doxepin for a few months for chronic neck/shoulder pain and in a low to moderate stress job.

My husband and I have been together for 12 years and married for 6. In December of last year I moved out and got a place of my own. I was hoping that we would be able to get along better this way and maybe fix a few communication problems we have. Since I moved out he has become very distant toward me and I can't decide weather it is worth fighting for. We have had a farely rocky relationship from day dot and have always had trouble communicating with each other. He drove me out of our home with verbal abuse and threats, so I thought maybe it was time to move on. I know that he still loves me as I do him, but where do you draw the line? In the last few months he has taken his wedding ring off and has been reserved about our relationship. We still have not resolved anything, because when I bring it all up he changes the subject constantly? How am I expected to fix all this on my own? I ask this because I really want my marriage to work.....Please, any advise would be greatly appreciate
