I filed a epo (emergency protective order) after I called the cops. he works with my mom which he called her and said he'll see her friday. he works MWF and the incident happen wednesday. It was the first time he hit me, 7th or 8th time, not as serious but he threw me against the table and rammed it into the wall with me on it. Bruised my arm, i had to take pictures with the cops. I feel so angry but when I feel sad I feel bad and guilty about calling the cops. I know my self esteem has deteriorated... the thing is i have class with also. I don't want to talk to him until i have sort things out, i dont tihnk he even cares.. i thought he would be arrested be he just got served with the epo...at his house. So he has to stay away 10ft in class and 100yds for the next 5 days.
DO you think he has learned his lesson?
What should I do?

First off, I like Mcnabb. I think he is a classy guy and a good QB. But what he said seems pretty unfounded in today's NFL. ALL QB's get criticized. To what level depends most on the popularity of their team and if the team has ever been any good. Examples would be Jake Plummer had a fantastic W-L record in his 4 seasons with Denver, but was heavily criticized. And in Philly last season, Garcia had to win 2-3 games before the fans stopped booing him. I agree most with what Chris Carter and Vince Young said. Carter said once McNabb signed the contract, he had no choice to put up with it and asked why McNabb would even care what people think. Vince Young said that if you can't take it, you should get out of the game.....Sentiments I agree with completely. In today's NFL players like Jake Plummer and Rex Grossman have gotten possibly THE most criticism, with Vick only in the mix because of his extremely high contract with NO results as of his suspension. i want to lose bout 30 pounds ( bout 10-15kilos)
i was neva fully fit but use to play sport every day all the time and had so much energy. My peak was wen i was 15-18.
Now almost 20 ive put on a ton of weight ive got a gym membership. But i have no motivation to walk on the treadmill for 30-60 minutes a day. i get bored after 10 and i even struggle to get the 10 minutes.
Also whats the best way to lose weight the quickest.
Running, Swimming, Weights.

I have a boyfriend, were the same age, we've been together 4 a while now and i just don't understand what i'm doing wrong. I am vegan and this girl that just hired on with is vegan too. She is about 100lbs overweight and says has been vegan for 15 years and can't seem to get the weight off. When she says she's vegan, people just kind of scoff at her like she's lying. What would you think if you were one of the scoffers? Ok - this came to me while I was watching tv, I was just wondering...
A man and a woman both in their 20's meet, fall in love, and marry after a few years. At the wedding the man's mother, who lost her husband say - 15 years before, meets the womans father, who lost his wife recently. The father and mother of the couple become friends, they live in the same town ... time passes, the couple is happily married and has a few children, when the parents announce that they're dating.
Eventually, when the grandchildren are 7 or 8, they decide they might want to get married. The couple has no problem, but wonder what to tell their children...
What would they tell them? Is this wrong? After all the parents aren't related, except throught the children's children. I'm sure, at some point in history, this has happened...but is it just a little too wierd?

and when i do a full system scan, it will start scanning
and then about 5-10 seconds later, my pc will auto restart, wth???
it even auto-restar DURING SAFE MODE !!!!!!
