i want to lose bout 30 pounds ( bout 10-15kilos)
i was neva fully fit but use to play sport every day all the time and had so much energy. My peak was wen i was 15-18.
Now almost 20 ive put on a ton of weight ive got a gym membership. But i have no motivation to walk on the treadmill for 30-60 minutes a day. i get bored after 10 and i even struggle to get the 10 minutes.
Also whats the best way to lose weight the quickest.
Running, Swimming, Weights.

I'd suggest to use the same (lack of) motivation
that you have for exercising in your eating.

For example, could you make yourself only motivated
enough to eat one HALF of your normal meals?

Try it, it works by far the fastest!

First of all to get motivation you need to see the future picture in your mind how you want yourself to look like.

Then you need to start exercising. Listen to Trance Music and Fast Movie that makes you run. Then play it on walkman or on a sterio. Buy an eliptical runner. It is the best to run. It does not put pressure on knees but you lose same calories as you lose by running plus it provides total body workout. Run it for 30 to 45 minutes daily for 2 months. Eat more green and less meat. Avoid table salt and table sugar. Eat plenty of fruits because they contain natural sugars which are not harmful.

You will not only lose weight but also build strength and endurance.

Try to imagine yourself having a slimmer image and yeah music is a very good motivator you'd also need to change your diet cut down anything thats high fat in calories and be aware of anything that has corn syrup in the labels thats what also makes you even more hungrier, running most of all helps alot cuz weight just builds up muscle and makes it seem like you gained more.

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. The best way to lose weight is fat burning excersise, which is fast walking, slow jogging(but not too slow).
As for motivation, that's on you bud. I find my motivation in UFC, music and sex. =)
