Under my chin on the right side, along my jawline hurts really bad when I touch it. It feels similar to sore tonsils, but this isn't in the right spot for it to be my tonsils. Why does it hurt there? What could it be?

Or should I rather ask, what's a good way to be assertive to your boss without causing a conflict? If I feel as thought I'm being treated unfairly, how do I say no and express my reasoning? I work in a restuaruant and when there is no one on schedule whose only assigned to clean up the lobby, I'm usually the only one who is picked to do it. I think it's a personal issue or because I'm a guy. I remember recently I clocked out and I stayed 30 minutes over my schedule doing someone else's job. The lobby looked a mess and my boss came in and "told (not asked)" me to clock back in and get the lobby cleaned. Now keep in mind my shift is over, so the lobby is the third shifts problem. I had things to do and I was already late for a rehearsal, so I finally worked up a nerve to tell her I had to go.

Okay, well I liked this guy forever.... But he asked out my best friend and she said yes! I'm really hurt and down. I just can't believe it. What do I do?

I'm Lonely i have prayed to GOD and prayed to god to send me my Soul Mate, I belive God has givin up on me I'am Good Hearted, God Fearing Woman, and My ex did me so wrong@ the end of our relationship and got married on me, I got passed that part of it i mean i wasnt hurt about that @ all @ all may sound crazy but hey i wasnt for that person may the best man win , ok but i'm still lonely and single its been a year. Well theres the thing im from a different country and i moved here 2 years ago and sometimes i remember the family from over there and i cant stop myself from crying!! And when a sad song starts playing a fall on my knees and cry!! I go there every summer but this summer i missed it! For security reasons I need to buy and install ( it is already wired from the old one that broke a long time ago), but I need to buy an elec. garage door opener for security but also I have very little money, so what would you suggest I do ? I know the great power of prayer, but she will not listen too any scriptures. She will use the ones she likes, and take them out of context. Anyone have any other ideas? She knows the truth of faith in what christ has done for her, but she has placed it back in her church, friends, and law.

I have been working for a company close to a year now, full time but as a temp. I am not working through a temp agency so I do not have any benifits. I was diganosed with bronchitis on thursday, the only thing is ive been taking my medication(omnicef 300mg 2pills once daily) and im not getting n e better...It feels like there is a 100 pound block on my chest and ive been wheezing ever since i went to the docs on thursday. My doctor told me to just keep on taking my albuterol inhaler. It is not helping any at all. Could this be pneumonia?? I am also running a fever of around 101.0-102.0. What should I do??? When I lay down at night I wake up during my sleep because i cannot breathe! I litterly have to sit up in a chair to fall asleep because i cannot lay down to sleep, if i lay down i wake up from not breathing! Please someone help me! I dont know what to do and my doctor is open until tuesday!!
