I work with a old man who is just a jerk and well He smokes 2 packs a day while he is at work I have to switch with him and when I get to work I spray some lysol Air freshner and open all the doors and windows for about 10- 15 mins But I am currently pregnant he doesn't really seem to care
what can I do?
I am afraid I may have to quit my job I think that my babies health is more important than money!!
I am confused and just sick to death of switching with him and dealing with the SMOKE how or what can I do to get rid of the smoke fast with out harming my baby?

Maybe your mall is different, but a mall I go to is like this:
Some stores have mainly whites, and others seem to have mainly blacks that go in them.
For instance, Hollister-whites
and there's this store called Downtown locker room which mainly blacks go in. They always play hip hop music every time I go by.
I dont know what kind of music Hollister plays but I know its not hip hop! lol
Is your mall like this? Personally I'll go into any store if I see something I think is cute for me!

Just a quick back ground on me..but I grew up in abusive family where earliest memory was my mom punching my bro in the face. Then whining to my dad about how bad he was when Dad came home from night shift, I still wake up with those nightmares. It wasn't so bad for me but emotionally I suffered hugely and was sabatoged by my mom throughout my life and told I was never good enough.

When I had my children, she didn't like my daughter, I lost a child and yet again no support when you'd hope for it. I always swore she wanted me to be an Andrea Yates. Well, when my third child was born, she decided to dote on the first child and ignored my son. I kept up with it all b/c I believed Grandparents should have rights and maybe they would both be better Grandparents than Parents.

I am not going to go further into details as It's really personal but my wonder is why are there grandparent rights when , if you as a parent don't see a grandparent fit why should they have any rights!?

We were celebrating my fathers birthday and my daughters at my parents home this weekend.. My son plays the tuba and is very shy about playing in front of anyone.. he said he wanted to play something for his grandfather for his birthday.. my son is 12 years old and it took alot for him to finally ask his grandfather if he wanted to hear him play something.. Of course my father said yes.. I was very proud of my son for getting the nerve up to do this.. Then a knock on the door.. It was almost 8pm Sunday night .. school night.. It was a neighbor that my parents are watching their dog next week wanting to go over the schedule.. My father and mother both got up and walked out the front door to visit with the neighbor for a about 15 mins.. My son was all broken up that his grandfather walked out the door.. Yea he's an emotional soft soul littel boy..

was it rude to knock on a neighbors door at this hour on a sunday night. and was it rude for my father to walk out on my son??

My younger cousion is pregnant. She lives in California and I live in Washington state. She asked me if I would adopt her baby. The baby is not due till March 2008. Does anybody know the process? Not that I am just after money...But does the state give some type of allowence for adopting families?

Most shirt that I try on do not seem to fit me right. They always seem to hang off in the back, like they fit around my upper body but seem to be too big on the bottom for my waist. Hollister shirts seem to fit me well but I don't like wearing Hollister. I want to buy some nice Polo or Lacoste shirts but they all seem to do this. Is it my posture, and is this common?

I'm a freshman in highschool and I'm taking a photography class. It wis my first class and I havn't really taken many picture before then.
Anyway, after a few projects my teacher said I was an amazing photogapher and that I had a really good eye.

Do you think it is possible for me to sell my photos?
If so, what is the best way to do it?
