Under my chin on the right side, along my jawline hurts really bad when I touch it. It feels similar to sore tonsils, but this isn't in the right spot for it to be my tonsils. Why does it hurt there? What could it be?

Maybe a swollen lymph node? You should see your doctor.

Possibly an infection of your gums or decaying tooth roots. I would see a dentist. If it's an infection and pain is usually associated with an infection, then you need antibiotics. Good luck. The Dentist can prescribe some and x-ray your jaw to see what he or she comes up with.

you could have a blocked salivary gland or an annoyed lymph node. if it doesnt go away, or has been there a week,or enlarges, looks red or hot please see an md asap.check for a fever too-also an indicator something is amiss.;)
