Is there going to be a better amount of rain and snow in California this coming year than last year?

At this point it looks like this may be a La Nina winter, which is usually associated with below normal rainfall in California. On the other hand, last year was supposed to have above normal rainfall because of an El Nino, but it was already fading by wintertime. Los Angeles will probably get more rain than last year (it would be tough for it to have less), but will probably be below normal again. Nothing if for sure though.
