I heard there is a written test, not the one you answer like 1000 questions, its a written one. Is there one and if there is what is it about? Is it hard?

Hi, here is my situation first:
I own a home in Wisconsin. I am on SSDI and I have HIRSP insurance - Wisconsin Health Risk Sharing Plan. My situation is that my wife passed away , and I really have no family/friends/job here or anything, my family lives in Texas. It may be best to keep my residency here, and either travel, stay with some other people for a while, or whatever. Or I could sell my house and all that, but honestly I"m not sure if that makes any sense. I think if I rent my house I cannot claim that this is my residence and I don't want to do that. I think it may be best to keep my house and just get out of here and be around people whoactually care about me. but then I leave the house empty? or find someone to watch or stay in the house? how does all that work?

What are the laws concerning residency in Wisconsin?

I just used the restroom (bowel movement) and it looked like there was blood on the toilet paper. I wiped and it was blood. Not very much at all just a few drops. We have been moving all day (50 or 60 pound boxes). I have been very stressed and have been having problems in my relationship. Plus I have a nervous dissorder and worry about everything. Could any of these things cause this? Should I be concerned? Has this ever happened to you? Any ideas on what it could be?

ok well im in college majoring in criminal justice to be a cop. BUT im not sure what they get payed, i have looked at half a dozen sites all saying different numbers.. some saying about 33k a year (starting pay), and others saying 47k (starting) i mean can someone help me out on how much i would be getting payed? i live in a med-upper class town.. near plymouth, michigan. help!

He is a serious alcoholic and he knows it bothers me a lot. He nearly drank himself to death 3 yrs ago and ended up in the hospital for 31 days over pancreatitis, shock and renal failure.
Last nite he was here at my house and suddenly got up and left after I fell asleep. This morning at about 10 am, when I called him and asked if things were ok, he said he had to leave last nite because he was sick and went home. He came over about 2 hours after I called and reeked of stale alcohol on his breath from the nite before.
I realize I am not going to cure his drinking habit. I just wish he would quit lying about it and trying to cover it up. He tried to sober up about 3 yrs ago and his family was non supportive of his sobriety and kept inviting him over for drinks and parties. He did not have the strength without family support to continue his sobriety. He drinks 1/2 liter bottles of Vodka daily and works full time.
I dont know what to say or do. Help.

I need to patch a section of my carpet. The size I need to patch is 2 feet by 1 1/2 feet. I will be patching just a few inches from the wall/front door. Here's my questions:

1. Will the patch job be noticeable at all or will it blend in to the other carpet?

2. Will the replaced carpet piece be loose or need stretched?

3. What if the carpet I am patching doesn't exactly match because my current carpet is used and the patch will be brand new?

I've never done this before so any advice for a first timer would be awesome! Thanks!

Can anyone tell me what the 10 Commandments are? And while ur at it, can u tell me y that crap is even believable. Oh and, y the christians think that when theyve gone against the Commandments they can go to their God and think hell forgive em? I still dont get this...
